They assisted me with a getting a scooter. It was the fastest and most professional team of people I've dealt with since I lived in Memphis for 16 years. My scooter has made my life easier and better quality of life. Thanks National!

Horrible! They approved me for a hardship were I did not have to pay anything for my chair. 3 years later they send me papers as well as had collection agency to call me stating I owed over $1, 000.00 for the chair. I explained to them that I was approved for the hardship and they proceeded to inform me that the paperwork was not completely filled out. 3 whole years go by and no one informs me of this?!! Mind you I am on disability and no one but a lady by the name of Sue gave a d.a.r.n. She was so apologetic and saw were I was approved for the hardship but headquarters is were the problem came in. So, of course, now I'm making monthly payments I shouldn't have to be making. People need to be aware of this company and the nasty attitudes of the other representatives and supervisors. There is no help at headquarters so you can hang it up! I would never recommend them to anyone! Only thing I can say positive is the chair is good.

So I had the pleasure of dealing with a Susan, may be spelt differently but that is the woman in the photo, I came to here to pick my moms mobility chair up as I walked in and this lady asked me if I had a mask on, I said no and she said you have to have a mask on, it is on the door, “one it is not eye level for plain view” wait outside for a technician to help you! Well she was not wearing one and never did put a mask on the whole time, and the picture and video I took proves she doesn’t do as she would ask of another. Please don’t be like Susan, she is not a good example of great customer service! Yes I do have her on video. It will be all over the social network, and business reviews on like Yelp, and others.

I'm writing a new review for this company, I had a rough start but thanks to three wonderful employees there, I got all the services and parts needed. The technician who came to my house was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to give us tips to maintain the equipment and he replaced the parts in no time. Thank you Mathew. I have to thank also the lady who set up the appointment, she was nice and asked the right questions, and finally a big thank you to Lester who always got back to me and kept in touch to make sure my lift was properly worked. Thank you to all three of you.

A few hiccups but Robin with billing and Cleo the technician have been God sent. They worked with me when insurance caused problems and I had to appeal for some safety items. But my son is now fully mobile and happier than he has been in a long time.
